Lacewood Side Tables

Cantilevered lacewood side tables, as designed by Douglas Design Studio and built by Davidson and Thomas. This project provided challenges both in veneering and in engineering a stable, functional table.

The joinery between drums had to be incredibly strong, but also invisible - quite a challenge!
